  The propertie has 230 m² and is surrounded by a wall. The living area has 110 m².

  On the groundfloor there is a large room of 35 m² that can be used as playroom for your children or for your office work (ADSL available), a kitchen, a bathroom and a small terasse.

  On the firstfloor there is a livingroom, two bedrooms, a 2nd bathroom and two balconies.

  We have ghosts living in the housetemples! They take care of the propertie.

  The front balconie gives view towards an unspoiled nature. The backside balconie looks to the mountains and towards our house. Your children can play on our playground - they will find friends quickly!

   

  Our holiday home - south of Nathon on the westcoast of Samui - is just 200 m from the beach.

  Nathon is the oldest city on Samui. Here you can still enjoy the real "thailife".

  The center and the harbour are 1 km away and can be reached across the beach.

  Little shops and a freshmarket are in walking distance.
