1. Room rates are inclusive of American Breakfast, vat, and Service Charge.

2. The room facilities include Tea, Coffee, TV, Tel, A/C, Hot/Cold shoer, refrigerator, Balcony.

3. No room charge for children under 6 years old if sharing room with adult and utilizing same beds.

4. The baby cot is 500 baht per night each room.

5. Children over 6 years old charge 1,000 Baht for extra bed and include of breakfast.

6. The voucher reservation must send to the hotel in the day of confirmation.

7. Cancellation of booking will be charge one night each room.

8. Early check - out is will charges full amount each room.

9. Payment: in full for all charges must be 15 day befor guest arrival.

10. Contract valid from the contract agreement valid if signed and returned which in 7 days after received this agreement from the resort.
