- First of all we always show at the first look prices for a house, bungalow or room in the low season. For that reason you see a: starts with before the price!
- We show than in the details the prices for the other seasons.
- Most houses charge you for electrical consumption. Have a look to the rates in the details.
- We show pictures of the houses which are not manipulated with photoshop tricks! If there are more houses in a resort which all have a nearly similar interial design we will mention that. No garantee for WYSIWYG!
- Koh Samui is realy not a silent place at all. There is traffic noise, human noise, and bar/karaoke noise. If we talk about a realy silent place than we say that loud ;-) If not we expect you to accept normal enviremental sounds. Please ask for silence so that we can help you to find the right place. But don't ask for that if you want to stay close to the action: Beach roads, main road!
- If you like to cook for yourself please check the details for the kitchen. Most inexpensive houses in the samuifinder.com have not much to offer in that kitchen case. We can offer you for small money our basic kitchen set!
